Shipping Costs

At Revitalise Naturally we don’t want extravagant shipping costs standing in the way of your heath product purchases. That’s why we charge a flat rate weight based standard shipping Australia wide!

3kg or less = $10 + gst

4kg or less = $15 + gst

5kg or less = $20 + gst

8kg or less = $35 + gst

10kg or less = $40 + gst

Dispatch timeframe

We will send your parcel within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. If there is a delay with your order, we will email or phone you within 3 business days.

Please note Public Holidays (such as Labour Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day etc) are NOT classed as business days. And while our store is open 24/7 we need our sleep and personal time too, so our business days for shipping out orders are Monday – Thursday.

Shipping confirmation

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email confirming shipment, what we have sent, and the shipping supplier’s tracking number of the shipment. In addition, where possible we’ll include your mobile phone number so the shipping carrier will also be able to provide updates (if available) regarding your order.


At Revitalise Naturally, we recycle as much as possible in order to achieve ZERO WASTE. Your package/s may be packed in recycled / reused packing boxes, have recycled / reused newspaper / bubble wrap etc which we use to protect your items during transit whilst reducing unnecessary packaging material ending up in landfill. There are some products which will require plastic to be used to contain a risk of leak as a result of breakage during transit (as per our shipping supplier’s policies) – again we reuse what we have available to achieve ZERO WASTE.

Where we ship

We currently offer shipping at a flat rate weight based within Australia. If you’re located overseas, please email us at with your desired order. We’ll happily provide you with a quote regarding shipping for your consideration.

Who we ship with

We use several logistic company including Australia Post for our deliveries. We use a combination of post satchels and standard Australia Post parcel services. At this stage we do not offer an express post option or pickup option. Please allow 4-10 business days for your order to arrive. Note: delivery to remote locations may take longer. On occasion, we may also engage the service of a courier to deliver your goods.

Signature on delivery

Unless you opt for the signature on delivery at the checkout and pay the associate extra fee upon finalising your order, your parcel will be shipped without a signature. If you opt for the shipping with signature, a signature will then be required upon delivery. A card will be left by Australia Post / Courier with instructions on how to collect your parcel if no one is available to sign for your delivery.

If you do not pick up your parcel within the timeframe provided on the card left, it may be returned to our warehouse. Revitalise Naturally Pty Ltd reserve the right to charge a return-to-sender-fee if incurred. We DO NOT offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the return-to-sender-fee (if incurred) or the additional fee to have your parcel redelivered. We are not accountable for non-collection – this is your responsibility.

Please note that whilst we are happy to pass on your delivery instructions to our shipping supplier, the ultimate decision regarding delivery instructions lies with the delivery person. If you opt for the signature on delivery and the delivery is left at your premise with or without an authority for your good/s to be left at your premises, we accept no responsibility for orders that are left at your premises, with or without an Authority to Leave.

We accept no responsibility for orders that are left at your premises by our shipping supplier with or without Authority to Leave/Signature on Delivery. You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises and Revitalise Naturally Pty Ltd (and our shipping supplier) do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which may result after. You agree to release Revitalise Naturally Pty Ltd against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including consequential losses, suffered or incurred by you or any other person as a result of your package being left with our without an Authority to Leave/Signature on Delivery.

Correct address details

It is YOUR responsibility to provide a correct postal address. If you provide an incorrect postal address, or if you misspell or omit details of your address and it is sent to that address, we will not be held accountable or responsible for any order delivered to the wrong address. In the unlike event that Australia Post / Courier returns your order to our warehouse after being sent to a wrong address / misspelled or omitted address details, we reserve the right to charge a return-to-sender-fee in addition to a new postage fee to redeliver your parcel to a correct address. We DO NOT offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the return-to-sender-fee (if incurred) or the additional fee to have your parcel redelivered. We also do not offer refunds for any order that has been sent to a wrong address. We are also not accountable or able to be held responsible for any order delivered to the wrong address if you provided the wrong address.

Missing shipment

On rare occasions, parcels are simply misplaced during transit. If you don’t receive your order within 7 – 15  business days from dispatch, please contact us immediately

Loss or damage

If there is any loss or damage to your shipment as a result of transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by email and include detailed photos of the loss/damage sustained and your order number. Revitalise Naturally Management will review your email and reserves the right to decide if and how (if applicable) to compensate you for your loss and any insurance claim we make will be between ourselves and the insurer. A loss or damage claim after this timeframe will be at the discretion of management. We take every precaution to ensure goods arrive safely. For goods that are of a liquid nature this means they will likely be tapped and enclosed in a plastic bag to reduce / contain any potential leaks. However, we cannot do any more than this on those goods that may not be made with a manufactures liquid seal protection. As a result, goods without the manufacture seal will not be replaced at the expense of Revitalise Naturally.

Goods out of stock

In the event that goods are out of stock, they will be shipped within 24 hours of us receiving them for our supplier. Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control we may be out of stock of certain items and we may not have yet updated their product pages on our website. In this case we will notify you of an estimated delivery date and give you the option of waiting for your items, exchanging for another item, or receiving a full refund.
