Refunds & Returns Policy

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. We are also not required to provide a refund or replacement of an item unless it falls within the ACCC consumer guarantee guidelines.

In the event that an item meets the ACCC consumer guarantee guideline requirements, please contact us at sales@revitalisenaturally.com.au within 48 hours of your order arriving.

For an item that has arrived damaged please view our Shipping Policy for further instructions.

For an item your believe meets the ACCC consumer guarantee guideline, please include your order number and quote the specific sections of the consumer guarantee you believe the item meet/s. Revitalise Naturally Management will review your request and reply via return email with the next step/s.

Revitalise Naturally reserve the right to request for evidence the item/s in question.

Do not return any item without first making prior arrangements with Revitalise Naturally.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns on open / used personal care or cosmetics products. Perishable items that have a best before date or use by date are not eligible for a refund, return or replacement unless it was sold to you post the past use by date or best before date. The exception to this is if the item description clearly identified the item as being past its use by date or best before date upon purchase. Sample items and items purchased on sale are not able to be returned for a refund or replacement.

Any return postage and optional extras (such as signature on delivery or insurance) for an item is the responsibility of the customer and you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged item during transit. We will not be responsible for any return being lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure or request a signature on delivery. Only upon Revitalise Naturally receiving and confirming that an item falls within the ACCC consumer guarantee guideline will we be able to reimburse postage costs incurred for the returned or replacement item. The exception to this is in the unfortunate event of an error on our behalf (such as you received an incorrect item). In this scenario, we will pay the return shipping cost (including any optional extras).

Any refund given will be for the cost of the item it does not include the postage paid when sent. You should expect to receive your refund within 14 business days (business days in this instance refer to Monday – Friday, it excludes weekends and public holidays) of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).

This policy does not apply to item/s damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the item/s or if the item/s has been dropped or broken after delivery.

Revitalise Naturally reserve the right to make changes to our Refunds and Returns Policy and reserve the right to refuse a refund, replacement, return, exchange if the item/s in question do not meet the above mentioned guidelines.
