Refunds & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order subject to the conditions of this policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are able to request a refund or replacement (given stock availability and subject to management approval) by contacting us.


Do not return any item/s without first making prior arrangements with Revitalise Naturally.


Items returned must be in their original state, that is unused and in the same condition as received.


Return postage and optional extras (such as signature on delivery or insurance) is the responsibility of the customer. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. We will not be responsible for any return parcel/s lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure or request a signature on delivery. The exception to this is in the unfortunate event of an error on our behalf (such as you received an incorrect item). In this scenario, we will pay the return shipping cost (including any optional extras).


Any refund given will be for the cost of the item/s not including the postage paid when sent or returned. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days). However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.


This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if the product has been dropped or broken after delivery.


We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.


We reserve the right to make changes to our Refunds and Returns Policy as necessary.
