7 Easy Smoothie Recipes

To start select the smoothie combo you want to make from the 7 listed below and add this to your blender.

Smoothie #1

2 cups mixed berries

1 cup greens (e.g. silverbeet, spinach, kale)

Smoothie #2

1 banana

1 cup raspberries

1 cup greens

Smoothie #3

1 orange

1 cup pineapple

1 cup greens

1 cup peaches

1 banana

1 cup greens

1 cup raspberries

1 cup mango

Then, choose a liquid base to add to your blender:

1 cup coconut yoghurt, or

1 cup coconut / almond milk, or

1 cup chilled herbal tea, or

A combo of these.

Then, add in any optional extras and add to your blender:

1 cup ice

¼ cup protein powder (I find a vanilla flavoured protein powder works well in all of these smoothie recipes)

1 tablespoon nut butter

1-2 tablespoons chia seeds

1-2 tablespoons linseeds (flaxseeds)

1-2 scoops collagen

¼ cup diatomaceous earth powder

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Finally, top your blender with water to the maximum liquid level, blitz and enjoy!

Note: these 7 Easy Smoothie Recipes will make enough for 4+ people – any leftovers can be stored in a glass bottle (I love reusing our empty coconut oil bottles for this) in the fridge or use the leftovers to make homemade ice blocks.
